A Very Carphin Wedding

**Only one remaining date for 2019! We will be taking bookings for 2020 from October 2018**

Carphin is the perfect destination for weddings. Set in 15 acres of private land, this captivating country house captures beauty and tradition, with all the modern comforts of home. Whether it's a ceremony in the walled garden, or a smaller wedding for close family and friends in the house itself, Carphin can deliver.

Whilst the owners Ian and Ruth, have a ton of experience in events, logistics, and all things 'love', they bring their passion, travels, enthusiasm and values to the wedding mix.

From 2019, we will also have our new and exciting venue - The Loghouse, which will offer a range of different packages from a completely blank canvas, to everything organised in house. The choice is up to you (see below for more details).

Wedding at Carphin House

What we Offer

Weddings are one of the only times in your life where the people you care most about, all come together to celebrate with you and your partner! It is one of the greatest occasions you'll ever experience and that spirit fun and happiness is something that drives everything we do.

Sometimes you want the freedom to do everything yourself, in a setting that is beautiful and unique, but with all of the amenities you want at hand. Sometimes you might want a helping hand along the way, or you may even one everything organised for you so that you can sit back and enjoy the champagne cocktails!

Whatever it is, we'll try our level best to do it, and make sure you have a blast in the process!

Say Hi!

The Loghouse

The space is designed to be a blank canvas for you to create the backdrop you want for your wedding (we can offer ideas or help if needed!) and we hope the venue will become a true hidden gem in Fife! It will have a stone stable or barn feel to the outside, complemented by one side of glass, which can enjoy the beautiful views of the hills and woodland all around. How many guests are you thinking?

The venue can hold up to 180, but will still feel cosy with 50, so should be able to suit most needs. Part of the interior will include the Tabernacle, a candlelit ceremony space where you can get married looking out onto the rolling hills and trees of Norman's Law, without needing to brave the Scottish weather! Alternatively there are loads of lovely spots in the grounds for an outdoor ceremony or Creich church is only a 3 minute drive away. The venue will also have its own bar, dance floor, stage and sound system, with a kitchen area for caterers. Construction is due to start later this year so that we will be ready to hold weddings by Summer 2019.
