In addition to the beautiful main house, new from March 2020 is the fantastic Stable conversion.
Able to sleep 10 guests comfortably, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the Stables enjoys arguably even better views than the main house!
The Stables has a lovely contemporary feel, with the same attention to detail and historic beauty.
An additional yoga studio provides a great extra space, or enjoy some meditative relaxation, taking in the woodland views.
The brand new Stables conversion enjoys:
Contemporary Kitchen with double oven, table and seating for 10, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer facility
Open Living Space with 3 sofas, including one with recliners, two plush arm chairs, TV and fantastic floor to ceiling views
5 double bedrooms (one with optional twin conversion)
4 bathrooms including Jack and Jill access between one room, providing effective en-suite access for every bedroom
Yoga Studio/Creative Space with fabulous views and chaise lounge recliner

We love entertaining and Carphin offers a unique off-the-grid space for conferences, parties and events. With three reception rooms and 15 acres of land, we can offer you the perfect lux-rural location for your next big event.
Social
Carphin is totally perfect for birthday parties, anniversaries and graduation parties. If you want a private catered meal and a champagne reception, or to hire in a hot tub and take in the scenery with friends, then Carphin is the perfect destination for you.
In addition, with the new Loghouse due for completion in Summer 2019, you can bring in guests from all over to have a party of a lifetime.
Business
For off-the-grid conferencing and accommodation, Carphin is a real rural haven in the heart of Fife. Despite the peace and tranquility offered by the 15 acre private estate, you also get the added benefits of being very close to the A92, with easy access to Edinburgh, Dundee and St Andrews.
